The Booking.com extranet is a useful tool for property owners. It helps you manage your listings, communicate with guests, handle payments, and also access support from Booking.com. In faft it makes hosting easier and more profitable.

What is the Booking.com Extranet?
After you register your property and get approved by Booking.com, you will receive an email with your login details. In fact these details will allow you to access the platform’s dashboard for property owners, called the extranet. Through the extranet, you can manage your listings and also perform various tasks related to your property.

- Update or change information and details about your property
- Check upcoming reservations or make adjustments to the availability calendar. If you’re connected to Lodgify, you can make all your changes from your Lodgify account and it’ll sync automatically to Booking.com.
- Review rental rates for available units
- Confirm or update payment information
- Read through Booking.com’s tips and recommendations to boost your properties performance on the Opportunities tab

Make sure to keep your login credentials for the extranet in a safe and easy-to-remember place.
