  • 500 g ground almonds
  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • For the Tiramisu Filling:
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 eggs separated
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 ml strong Italian coffee
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

  • Fold in mascarpone
  • Whip egg whites separately
  • Gently combine all components
  • Assembly
  • Dip Kransekake rings in coffee

  • Build upward in decreasing sizes
