Is the call really free?
Yes. Every call is free, one-on-one over Google Meet with Elio, and there is no sign-up or account needed. Pick a time, get your meeting link instantly, and that is it.
What can I book a call about?
Anything Mondosol: choosing the right course or membership, help setting up your account or learner profile, a technical problem we fix live, one-on-one coaching on your language-learning or teaching journey, or partnership, school, company and investor conversations.
How do I book a call?
Click any Book a Meet button, pick a time that suits you on the calendar, and you will get a Google Meet link straight away by email. No Mondosol account is needed to book.
Who will I be talking to?
Elio Mondello, the founder of Mondosol. He has been teaching languages since 2008 and hosting and managing short-term rentals since 2014, so you get answers from the person who built the platform, not a support script.
Can I reschedule or cancel my call?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel, so if something comes up just pick a new time — no need to explain.
Is coaching on the call paid?
The call itself is always free. If you want ongoing one-on-one coaching after it, live coaching sessions are included in Mondosol Plus, from €10 a month, and we can set that up together on the call.
