How it works
- Write to us from Contact or your account with your order number and a photo.
- We reply within 2 business days with the solution you choose: replacement, new size or colour, Mondi points or refund.
- Replacements go into production straight away and ship with tracking. You keep the original item, or pass it on to someone who will love it.
The details
- Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item: report within 30 days of delivery for a free reprint or a full refund. After 30 days and up to 1 year, the quality guarantee below applies.
- Size and colour exchange (100 days): one free exchange per item, within 100 days of delivery. Check the Size Guide on every product page to get it right first time.
- 1-year quality guarantee: if the print cracks or peels, or the garment fails at a seam within 365 days of delivery under normal wear and washing as shown on the care label, we replace it free.
- Change of mind (30 days): we refund the full item price as Mondi points to your Mondosol account. Points never expire while your account is active.
- Lost parcels: if tracking shows no movement or the parcel does not arrive, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we reship free.
- Wrong address: if a parcel comes back because of an address typo, we reship it; only the new shipping cost is charged.
- Your legal rights as a consumer in Norway, the EU and elsewhere (for example the statutory complaint period) always apply on top of this promise and are not limited by it.
Made to order in partner facilities in Europe and the US and shipped worldwide. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days; delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
